Sibal’s education policies gave a stroke to the Indian Education System as major changes in the Education System are taken into account.The minister announced centralized examination for science streamed students i.e. only one test will be conducted for all the medical and non-medical admission surveillance in India.Sibal believes in one nation-one exam policy so he decided for the common or Joint Entrance Exam(JEE) for the prospective admission shells.

Using proper rights and power of Ministry, Kapil Sibal is proving a MESSIAH for the common man and the students of this country as Kapil Sibal as a Telecom Minister says No to roaming charges for the cellphone subscribers and the result is this that about 900 million mobile subscribers will got relief from the roaming charges when they travel outside their telecom circle.This policy will come in act from the next year.

As Sibal came to know that Ragging has become the issue in country and the students are suffering from this cruelty, he stands for the rights of the students and with the co-ordination of University Grants Commission (UGC) the minister inaugurated an Anti-Ragging portal and a National Anti-Ragging Helpline to prevent the ragging occurrence and this can be only possible by punishing those who indulge in ragging, in accordance with Supreme Court Regulations.
